കേരള സർവീസ് റൂൾസ് വോളിയം I, പാർട്ട് I & II-ന്റെ എട്ടാമത്തെ എഡിഷൻ 2016-ൽ ഫിനാൻസ് ഡിപാർട്ട്മെന്റ് വഴി ഗവൺമെന്റ് ഓഫ് കേരള ആണ് പുറത്തിറക്കിയത്. ഈ പുസ്തകം 1956 നവംബർ 1 മുതൽ കേരള സർവീസ് റൂൾസ് പ്രാബല്യത്തിൽ വന്നതിന്റെ ഒരു ഏകീകൃത സെറ്റ് ആണ്. ഇത് സർവീസ് വ്യവസ്ഥകൾ, ശമ്പളം, അവധി, ജോയിനിങ് ടൈം, ഫോറിൻ സർവീസ് എന്നിവയെക്കുറിച്ചുള്ള പൊതു വ്യവസ്ഥകൾ അടങ്ങിയിട്ടുണ്ട്. 1959-ൽ ആദ്യമായി പുറത്തിറക്കപ്പെട്ട ഈ റൂൾസ് പിന്നീട് നിരവധി പതിപ്പുകളിലൂടെ പരിഷ്കരിച്ച് 2008 വരെ അപ്‌ഡേറ്റ് ചെയ്യപ്പെട്ടു. ട്രാവൻകോർ-കൊച്ചി, മദ്രാസ് സ്റ്റേറ്റ് എന്നിവിടങ്ങളിൽ നിന്നുള്ള ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥരുടെ സേവന വ്യവസ്ഥകൾ ഏകീകരിക്കുന്നതിനാണ് ഈ റൂൾസ് രൂപീകരിച്ചത്. www.finance.kerala.gov.in എന്ന വെബ്സൈറ്റിൽ കൂടുതൽ വിവരങ്ങൾ ലഭ്യമാണ്.
