Pension Rules

Non-Applicability to New Employees: The KSR Part III Pension Rules do not apply to employees appointed on or after April 1, 2013.

Introduction of Simplified Pension Rules: The current Simplified Pension Rules were implemented starting November 14, 1966.

Future Good Conduct: Every pension grant is subject to the implied condition of future good conduct.

No Pension for Resignation or Dismissal: No pension, gratuity, or Death-Cum-Retirement (DCR) Gratuity will be paid in cases of resignation, dismissal, or removal from service.
