Joining Time Pay: Joining time is considered on-duty, and employees are entitled to receive pay equivalent to what was drawn before relinquishing the previous post, as per Rule 136.

Compensatory Allowances: Employees are eligible for compensatory allowances and house rent allowance as applicable to the old station from which they were transferred, per Rule 136.

Specific Allowances: Allowances such as Hill Tract Allowance (HTA), Higher Qualification Allowance (HQA), and other compensatory allowances listed under Class VI of Appendix IV are admissible as applicable to the old station, per Rule 44(IV).

Non-Admissible Allowances: Conveyance Allowance and Permanent Travelling Allowance are not admissible during joining time, as per Rule 136 and Rule 44(IV).
