കേരള സർക്കാരിന്റെ അക്രഡിറ്റേഷൻ ഏജൻസികളുടെ (Accredited Agencies) ഹാൻഡ്ബുക്കിന്റെ ഭാഗം I (28-04-2021 വരെ) ആണ് ഈ ഡോക്യുമെന്റ്. ഇത് പൊതുമരാമത്ത് (PWD), ആരോഗ്യം, ഗ്രാമീണ വികസനം തുടങ്ങിയ മേഖലകളിലെ വിവിധ പ്രോജക്ടുകൾക്കായി ഏജൻസികളെ അക്രഡിറ്റ് ചെയ്യുന്നതിനുള്ള മാർഗനിർദേശങ്ങൾ വിശദീകരിക്കുന്നു. ഏജൻസികളുടെ ക്ലാസിഫിക്കേഷൻ (A മുതൽ F വരെ), അക്രഡിറ്റേഷൻ നടപടിക്രമങ്ങൾ, പ്രോജക്ട് മാനേജ്മെന്റ്, സൈറ്റ് സൂപ്പർവിഷൻ, ഫിനാൻഷ്യൽ ക്യാപ്പാസിറ്റി, ടെൻഡറിങ്, ലൈസൻസ് കാലാവധി (2 വർഷം) തുടങ്ങിയ വിഷയങ്ങൾ ഉൾപ്പെടുന്നു. സർക്കാർ ഉത്തരവുകളുടെ അടിസ്ഥാനത്തിൽ പരിഷ്കരിച്ച നിർദേശങ്ങൾ, പ്രോജക്ടുകളുടെ തരം (ബിൽഡിങ്, റോഡ്, ബ്രിഡ്ജ് മുതലായവ), NGO-കൾ, കോസ്റ്റ് ഇഫക്ടീവ് നിർമാണങ്ങൾ എന്നിവയെക്കുറിച്ചുള്ള വിശദാംശങ്ങൾ ഉൾക്കൊള്ളുന്നു. സർക്കാർ പ്രോജക്ടുകളുടെ ഗുണനിലവാരവും കാര്യക്ഷമതയും ഉറപ്പാക്കാൻ ഉദ്ദേശിച്ച ഈ ഹാൻഡ്ബുക്ക്, അക്രഡിറ്റേഷൻ പ്രക്രിയയുടെ വിവിധ ഘട്ടങ്ങൾ വിശദമായി വിവരിക്കുന്നു.
